During your initial consultation, I will take the time to listen to you and understand your aspirations. From there, I will research the best possible solution, before formulating advice that ensures all aspects of your mortgage meet your requirements.

For most of us, purchasing a property is one of the biggest financial commitments we will make. A commitment that is often serviced only by our income.

Whilst there are many reasons why our income can reduce, it is often through illness or injury.

During your meeting, we will review your circumstances together, including reviewing any existing policies you may have, and tailor a solution to ensure you and your family are protected throughout your mortgage term.

NOTE: If you are unable to meet your mortgage payments due to unexpected events (such as loss of income, ill health or damage/loss to your house or its contents) you are at risk of losing your home. There are insurance products available to protect you against these events – please ask me for more information.

With many well known companies offering buildings and contents insurance, it can feel difficult to know which provider to choose. And whether you can trust the policy to provide you with the cover you need.

Many people will not have considered having a will before purchasing a property. However, without a will, the rules of intestacy will apply, which may not distribute your estate as would wish.

During your consultation, we will talk about your current arrangements and the next steps with this.
